Among the survivers of Roger Alan Rutman, 46, of Mission Viejo, Calif., who died Tuesday (February 19, 1985) are two brouthers, Gregory Rutman, Hudson, Ohio, and Dr. Douglas Waltman, Kent Ohio; a stepbrother Dr. Arthue Waltman, Winchester, Mass.; a stepsister, Constance Buckman, Berkley Heights, N.J., and his stepfather Dr. Charles Waltman, Williams Township.
