Malcolm W. 'Mick' Riffert MACUNGIE Malcolm W. "Mick" Riffert, 80, Macungie, PA, died Thursday, May 3, 2018, surrounded by his family. He was the husband of the late Carol A. Riffert, who died March 1, 2017. Mick was born in Easton, PA, on March 20, 1938 to the late George and Estelle (Albert) Riffert. He served our country faithfully in the U.S. Army during peacetime. Mick was self-employed, owning and operating for many years GOC Service and M.W. Riffert Paint Contractor. He most recently worked for Graham Security, Macungie, as a security officer. Mick was a member of First United Church of Christ, Easton. Survivors include his daughters, Melinda J. (David L.) Guffy, and Alison J. (Robert Geoffrey) Brunner, all of Allentown, PA; siblings, Marjorie (Frank) Sickle, and Thomas (Karen) Bonstein, all of Easton, and grandchildren, Rachel and David Guffy and Quincy Brunner. Family and friends are invited to call from 1 to 2 p.m. on Monday, May 7, at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc. 326 Main St., Hellertown, PA, followed by the service at 2 p.m. The interment will conclude services at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Springfield Twp.
