Shirlee Ann Woepple, 75, of Forks Township, passed away Friday, Novemeber 29, 2013 in St. Luke's University Hospital.                                                                                                                                              Born: March 29, 1938 in Easton, PA, she was a daughter of the late Harry J. and Elizabeth Search Woepple.
Personal: Her companion of many years, Barbara A. Broad, died February 3, 2008. Shirlee had been employed by the former Automotive Diagnostics, Bangor, formerly Bear Automotive and Bangor Products, where she worked for many years. She was a 1956 graduate of Easton High School. Shirlee enjoyed camping, waterskiing, snowmobiling and riding her motorcycle. Memberships: She was a member of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, formerly St. Bernard's.
Survivors: A brother, Harry F. Woepple, of Forks Township; a sister, Eleanor Black, of Fort Walton Beach, FL; nieces and nephews, Stentzee Woepple, Mike, Kimberley and Renee Black, Melody Rotzell, Michelle VanAuken, Arthur and Harry Hill; and many great-nieces and great-nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Jeanette Hill.
Services: A memorial service will be held at 11:30am Tuesday in the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., 2101 Northampton St., Wilson Borough. Call Tuesday 10:30-11:30am in the funeral home. Burial will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine. Offer online condolences at www.strunkfh.com.
