ANN APPLE

WINTER GARDEN, FL Ann L. Schreffler, 84, of Winter Garden, FL, formerly of Holland Twp., NJ and Coudersport, PA passed away peacefully at home Monday, July 18, 2022 surrounded by her family. She was born May 29, 1938 in Easton, PA and was the daughter of the late Paul and Alverna (Lehr) Apple. She was the loving wife of Jerry Schreffler who preceded her in death in September 2020. Ann was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Riegelsville, PA. Her passions were gardening, reading, and her family. She also enjoyed her Monday night card club with the neighborhood ladies, volunteering at her church, and sharing her love for the Amish by owning and operating an Amish Furniture store. She was also a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Coudersport, PA. Ann will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Kristi Beals and her husband Zachary of Winter Garden FL; her son, Gregory Schreffler; granddaughter Taylor Beals and her wife, Lorey Spade; grandson Tyler Beals and his fiance, Ethan Olivas; and her brother, Paul Apple and his wife, Eileen. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Lois Will, Marjorie Sarkady, and Barbara Apple. A graveside service and burial of ashes will be held at the Riegelsville Union Cemetery on Monday, August 8, 2022 at 1 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church, PO Box 188, Riegelsville, PA 18077.
